Immigration Fraud

No one can guarantee the approval of a visa, residency, work permit, or immigration case. We help our community recognize and avoid fraud.

  • Verify whether the person is a licensed attorney or accredited representative
  • Never sign blank documents
  • Request a copy of everything you sign and payment receipts
  • Be wary of promises of guaranteed results
